With hootsuite, you can have multiple twitter accounts and be able to keep track of them all by simply going through tabs.

Another cool feature is the ability to send rss feeds (like your blog posts) to your twitter followers as though you sent a regular update. This is one of the tools that I tell my 5 Day Business Challenge students about because of the power of social media.

If you send out updates on a regular basis, you will have a lot of backlinks, which means your website gets a lot more search engine love.
