		<description>Great article! To summarize, a business owner has to 1) differentiate themselves from their competition, 2) create a brand/image, and 3) market themselves as better than the others by knowing your weaknesses and strengths.

In my own life, I work at an online video yellow page directory (Jippidy.com) and we have tons of competitors. One of our greatest selling points is that our directory is free and it allows business owners to add video and images at no cost. In one of my previous jobs, I use to work at a bank and our selling point at the time was the idea of having better customer service through improved training programs for all employees.</description>
